THE RETURN OF OTO!

(Please, Read this Through to Make an Informed Decision, and to Instruct Others Accordingly.

2027 is around the corner, and the political arena has been charging up for weeks now; let’s ensure we select, and vote for the right leaders.

In the words of OTO, “They saw how desperate we were for change, so, they brought a chain and disguised it as change, and we bought it: hook, line and sinker. We were all deceived.” That must not happen again!

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, OTO: Oluwasegun Theophilus Oladimeji.

But, who Is OTO?

OTO was born 58 years ago in Eruwa. How many politicians have their age in public domain?!He went to Baptist Day School, Eruwa; and Obaseeku High school, Eruwa.

For University education, OTO traveled far away to Minna at the Federal University of Technology, where he studied Quantity Surveying; and did his Masters programme at the University of Portsmouth. HE helped facilitate interactions/relationships between many UK Universities and Nigerian tertiary institutions, which marked the beginning of mass recruitment of Nigerian students abroad. He is the CEO of Glory Educational Services Ltd.OTO is generally a compassionate person, largely due to his experiences in life.

He was born into a hardworking family of two teachers, who struggled to raise their family because of poor remuneration of teachers, and at some time, withholding of salaries by the Shagari government. Thus, he grew up under extreme poverty. After graduating from FUT Minna, he was posted to Kano for NYSC. That’s where I met him. We were both in the Exco of the NCCF – he, the Prayer Secretary, and me, the Transport and Organising Secretary. OTO has always been a cool, calm and reliable fellow.

Driving into Ibadan about 4 or 5 years ago, I saw his billboard along Oke-bola, and I heard in my spirit, “PROMOTE him!” And, even though we had neither seen nor spoken since we left Kano in 1996, I embarked on the INSTRUCTION I had received. And, a few months afterwards when we reunited, I was not disappointed by his VISION and MISSION for the people he seeks to represent, and the country as a whole. He told me how he had dreamt, desired and driven towards becoming like Morris Cerullo – a renowned Evangelist, but was redirected by GOD to come home and step into the murky waters of Nigerian politics – for GOD’S PURPOSE and GLORY.

Shortly after the NYSC, he left for the UK to continue his studies.

Hear him, “It was an uncle that helped to pay half of my tuition fees. Raising the balance was tough and back breaking but I will eternally be grateful to my uncle for the opportunity to begin with. One of those times, as I laid on my bed thinking, I wondered, ‘could it be possible that some people were created for suffering?’

The summary of my life up until that time was just pains and sorrows (though I never charged God foolishly). As I laid there thinking, I slept off and had a dream. In that dream a hand tapped me, and the voice told me, “Theophilus, I want you to do three things for me:

1. Win the war over poverty for yourself, and start by doing this business. (He enumerated the business.)

2. Win the war over poverty for your family. (And I understood in the dream, that these were my siblings.)

3. Win the war over poverty for your people.

“This happened in 1998, and seemed to be a follow up to a dream I had in 1992, when I was told, “I will send you to a foreign country where I will train you and bring you back for an assignment I have for you. I went on with the business I was asked to do in the UK, and funds began to trickle in. Soon, I had enough to bring all of my siblings to the UK and they are doing very well today. Early in the year 2021, I was reminded of the third part of the assignment, and I said, ‘I am not sure Nigerians will listen.’ But the voice told me “I have given you the grace to talk and be believed.”

“So, I began in late 2022 to try, engaging in politics by joining the Labour Party and contested the 2023 elections. After the election, the powers-that-be, moved in against the Labour Party; so, we regrouped and joined the Zenith Labour Party. Everywhere I go to, people want me to talk about what I had done for the people? I tell them, ‘unless you change that thought pattern, there will be no progress.’

“I can easily award 5,000 Naira scholarships on radio/TV to 500 students and people would think I am good. Have the current political leaders not travelled that same road of deceiving people? When I give scholarships, I award 75,000 Naira to each student per semester and do not call for camera. I have been very poor, so I know what GENUINE HELP looks like.”

“Am I kind-hearted? Well, people commonly report that of me. It is natural for a serious, genuine Christian to be humane. Genuine Christian compassion is my cardinal focus, and I will not trade that away, vote or no vote.”

OTO has been engaged in business since he completed his education. So, in terms of education OTO is there; exposure, OTO is not a local champion – he has been there and seen first hand how established democracies work for the common good of all. OTO has led delegations from many UK Universities on tie-up agreements with Nigerian Universities. Notable among these are agreement between Cranfield University and the University of Ibadan, Durham University and Covenant University, Portsmouth University and Federal University of Technology Minna, etc.

Who/what are we looking for? From our research, only about a million people are active within the electorates of Oyo state. Oyo has about four million registered voters. Which means about three million do not participate. We also uncovered a few reasons why they do not: They have little confidence in the electoral process. They feel offended that electoral process are now reduced to buyers and bidders for votes, and they do not want to soil their hands or participate in the charade.

They feel it is a waste of time. Since we are a party of resolved men and women with genuine, Godly intention of working for the common good, we hope to appeal to their conscience that they should come out and vote Zenith Labour Party. What do we expect from you?Make up your mind to vote for the Zenith Labour party across board during the 2027 election, and for me as your SENATOR.

Start talking to others about this new opportunity to right the wrongs of the past.Volunteer to help out during the campaign and elections at the polling units, we need a sea of volunteers.Commit to raising at least a million votes for the Zenith Labour Party during the elections at the Oyo South Senatorial District. This is OTO!!! GOD Bless you.“…and when they heard of it, it grieved them exceedingly that there was come a man to seek the welfare of the children of Oyo South Senatorial District.”

OTO is the Oyo South Senatorial candidate of the Zenith Labour Party. Vote for him en masse! I trust him, and back him will all the INTEGRITY, GOOD NAME and GOOD WILL, I have garnered over the years. VOTE for OTO! He’ll do you, your community, and Nigeria, MUCH GOOD!

In Ezekiel 22:30, GOD said, “I sought for a man among them to stand in the gap………” OTO is one such man that GOD, and all of Nigeria, is seeking for. One man with GOD in the Nigerian Senate can make a BIG DIFFERENCE.

Send this to EVERYONE you know, especially in OYO STATE, and encourage them to vote OTO for the post of Oyo South Senatorial slot, under the Zenith Labour Party. There’s no other candidate as worthy as OTO for that position. Believe me!

Thank you.
