O no! This is not about King Charles of Britain, rather, it’s about two young men who are destined to impact this world, to the Glory and Praise of JESUS CHRIST.
King belongs to a loving family of three, and finished as one of the best graduating students at the popular International School, University of Ibadan; and Educational Advancement Centre. King’s remarkable Love for GOD began at a young age, and has been his constant source of strength and guidance. He tells of a particular moment in his teenage years when he felt lost and uncertain about his future. But as he sought GOD’S guidance through prayer and scripture, he felt a profound sense of peace and clarity. From then on, he made a conscious decision to deepen his relationship with GOD, and it has been a transformative experience for him. Hallelujah!
Through his Love for GOD, and ever growing relationship with Him, King has faced and overcome some daunting challenges. His current pursuits include: a deep focus on spiritual growth, deepening his relationship with GOD, and pursuing a career in Mechanical Engineering. He is passionate about using his skills to create innovative solutions that would benefit society greatly in the near future. His goals are to become a leading expert in Mechanical Engineering, inspire young minds to pursue their passions, and continue to serve GOD through his talents and resources. He hopes to make a lasting impact in his community, and beyond.
So help this King!
Charles, on the other hand, is indeed a testament to the adage that where there is a will, there is a way. Having lost his father at a tender age of about five, it was apparent that the young boy had to evolve into a man quickly to be strong for his mother and younger brother. He attended Chrisland High School Ikeja (CHSI) where he graduated as the Head Boy, and one of the students with an exceptional result of all-round distinctions, in the WASSC Examinations.
As Charles is no stranger to adversity, judging by his experience with the loss of a loved one in his early life, adversity came his way a year after he got into High School, when his family faced a severe financial setback. Charles can be quoted saying “I have chosen to never let my situations define me, instead I define my situations,” and that is exactly what he did. For a child who was used to being driven in the back seat by his parent’s driver to being one who had to hop on buses in Lagos to get to school, under the rain and during sunshine; he remained dauntless, persevering and chasing after excellence. He would often say that he is a man on a mission, a man with a vision and a sojourner on a journey; so, he can’t be stopped. Charles loves the LORD. His favorite Bible verse is Matthew 6:33, and he believes that that is the foundation of every blessing he has received from GOD.
At the core of his heart is a desire for service and leadership. This has led him to take on various leadership positions like Headboy of Chrisland High School, Ikeja; Student Senator at Stockton University; President of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP)-Stockton Chapter, among others. Charles is an avid lover of knowledge, and is currently pursuing a degree at Stockton University. His end-goal, careerwise, is to be a dentist and a Global business leader. Indeed, GOD has been faithful in his life. For him, he wants to live a life that will radiate GOD’S Glory while making a significant impact on the lives of others.
When the LORD GOD would have brought these two young men to global reckoning, I’ll reveal their surnames. In the interim, pray for these two destined world shakers for JESUS CHRIST. Their young lives are already an inspiration to those who know them. With GOD, and unbroken Focus, they are unstoppable!
Amen!
