
The Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 2 Zonal Headquarters, Lagos, AIG Olohundare Moshood Jimoh has decorated Ayim Doghudje Mary, Deborah Omoruan Benard, Jaiyeoba Idowu Joseph, Lot Garba Lantoh and six other newly promoted senior officers.
In the press statement of the Zonal PPRO, DSP Afolayan Gbenga, “The Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 2 Zonal Headquarters, Lagos, AIG Olohundare Moshood Jimoh has decorated ten (10) newly promoted senior police officers with their new ranks, charging them to uphold professionalism, integrity, discipline and dedication to the discharge of their constitutional duties.”
According to the statement, “The decoration ceremony, which took place at the MD Abubakar hall, Zone 2 Headquarters followed the recent promotions of deserving senior police officers approved by the Police Service Commission (PSC). The promoted officers comprised Four (4) Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCP) whose names are DCP Deborah Omoruan Benard, DCP Ayim Doghudje Mary, DCP Jaiyeoba Idowu Joseph and DCP Lot Garba Lantoh; five (5) Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACP) whose names are ACP Gafar Ajayi Adeyanju, ACP Ajoke Risikat Akande, ACP Olanrewaju Victor Kalejaiye, ACP Ellah Jeffrey and ACP Chukwu Thomas; and one (1) Superintendent of Police (SP) whose name is SP Okusi Abimbola (a specialist).”
“Speaking during the ceremony, AIG Olohundare Jimoh congratulated the officers on their well-deserved promotions, describing it as a reward for their resilience, dedication, hard work and professionalism in the discharge of their duties.
