Owning a home may be a lot easier for Nigerians going by the new initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria. The new initiative is the Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF).
The MREIF sponsored by the Federal Government through the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) and managed by ARM Investment Manager, this initiative is designed to provide financial support, make housing affordable, and boost the housing market.
Eligibility Criteria
•Applicants must be Nigerian citizens.(Resident in the country or Diaspora)
•They must meet specific income and credit criteria.
•Required documentation must be submitted, and the application process must be completed.
