When I think of the brilliance that went into creating the Internet and Google, I am moved with profound RESPECT for the creators. When I think of our leaders in Nigeria and all over Africa, who create nothing, but steal everything just to buy high tech Prados, BMWs, Benz and Land cruisers, I am filled with utmost disdain for that thoughtless generation. How could someone be happy using something (iPads, laptops, phones, luxury cars, goods, etc.) that THINKERS made when they themselves aren’t making anything?! Beats me!
I live to create, to invent, motivate, inspire and encourage people. It requires a lot of creative thinking and imagination. I relish researching my contents (and, that’s why I consider the Internet and Google search engine my precious ‘partners in progress’), fact checking, and finding the right words to use/combine in my articles. How creative are you on your job? Does your work even make you THINK at all?
I’ll probably never understand how/why someone could ever be contented and untroubled sitting down and getting money, legitimately or illegitimately, without doing anything that fuels or provokes CREATIVITY. Unfortunately, such loafers abound in leadership in Nigeria.
Please, I beg you in the Name of the Lord JESUS CHRIST, don’t be like them o! GOD made us to be co-creators with Him. Please, be CREATIVE at whatever you do for a living. Make it fun, fantastic and fulfilling.
