The Director General of Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC), Princess Zahrah Mustapha Audu has received the assurances of the Ministry of Interior that the visa on arrival process will not be scrapped. This assurance is based off the discussion at a recent meeting of DG Zahrah Audu with the Honourable Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo.

During the meeting, the Minister reaffirmed that the Visa On Arrival (VOA) process is not being scrapped but instead upgraded to improve its efficiency and ease of access, TheMediaGood Newspaper can report.
This commitment elicited the delight of the exceptional leader, Princess Zahrah Mustapha Audu who is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring the ease of doing business under the Pres. Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Min. Olubunmi-Ojo noted that travelers can still apply online for short stay visas, with approvals granted within 24 to 48 hours and sent directly to their emails eliminating the need for a physical sticker on arrival.
The Visa On Arrival process upgrade builds on the existing approval system, streamlining the process and enabling travelers to receive approvals ahead of time.
