‘The 20’: Leke Alder Unveils Legacy Fellowship for Business, Ministry and Creative Leaders

Share

Renowned branding expert, thought leader, and faith-driven strategist, Mr. Leke Alder, has launched a new legacy initiative aimed at mentoring and equipping a select group of emerging leaders across business, ministry, and the creative sector.

The fellowship programme, known as “The 20,” is designed as a high-impact knowledge and influence transfer platform through which Mr. Alder will personally mentor carefully selected cohorts, passing on insights accumulated over decades of practice, reflection, and leadership.

Described by many as a rare blend of intellectual depth and spiritual conviction, Mr. Alder is widely respected for his role in shaping minds and institutions through structured mentoring and disciplined training. The new programme formalises this legacy by offering participants access to teachings and perspectives he has never previously shared in public.

The fellowship will feature three-day residential sessions, beginning with an intimate cocktail and dinner experience. Knowledge sessions will be conducted under Chatham House rules, encouraging open and candid engagement.

In addition, participants will take part in three monthly cohort meetings focused on practical collaboration, which may be held remotely, as well as a post-programme convening bringing together all industry cohorts.

According to the organisers, The 20 is positioned as a baton-passing initiative, aimed at preparing a new generation of leaders to exert meaningful influence within their respective spheres.
