DR. AYO OGUNSAN,
new Executive Secretary/CEO, Lagos State Security Trust Fund LSSTF

Dr. Ogunsan, a seasoned entrepreneur, public administrator, and educationist, is no stranger to the operations of the LSSTF. Until this appointment, he served as a member of the LSSTF Board of Trustees, where he contributed significantly to several landmark initiatives that bolstered security in the state. Known for his deep passion for service and security innovation, Dr. Ogunsan has consistently championed public-private partnerships that have enhanced the effectiveness of security agencies across Lagos.

Under Dr. Balogun’s stewardship, the Fund achieved tremendous milestones, including improved logistics for security agencies, expanded corporate partnerships, and enhanced operational efficiency. His tenure is widely regarded as one that laid a solid foundation for sustainable security financing in Lagos State.

As Dr. Ogunsan assumes office, stakeholders in the security and business communities have expressed optimism that his leadership will further deepen the LSSTF’s impact and foster even greater synergy between government and the private sector in the ongoing mission to keep Lagos safe.
