From vision to visibility, the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) has set up billboards across parts of Lagos State to tell its story of impact and signpost the work that the funding agency is doing with the security agencies.
In the second newsletter for 2025, the Executive Secretary/CEO of LSSTF, Dr. Abdurrazaq Balogun stated: ‘As part of our mandate to create awareness of building a safer Lagos, we rolled out series of billboards in strategic locations in the state. These billboards were designed not only to showcase our support to security agencies, but also to tell a story of proactive security investment and serve as a call to action for collaboration and community support.’
‘This campaign highlights our equipment donations and operational interventions, featuring messages that promote a shared responsibility of making Lagos safe, and is a reminder that the fund thrives only through donations. Dr. Balogun added: ‘As we reflect on the progress made in the first half of the year 2025, I want to thank our partners, donors and security agencies who continue to uphold the shared vision of a safer Lagos. For LSSTF, facilitating general security has been our primary goal, and since I assumed leadership of the LSSTF 10 years ago, we have remained steadfast in providing the needed crime-fighting equipment and logistics to boost the operational capacity of our security agencies.’
