
The Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) has further boosted the operational capacity of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), Lagos, with the presentation of three additional operational vehicles.
The vehicles were formally handed over to the Commander of RRS Lagos, CSP Shola Jejeloye, in line with LSSTF’s mandate to strengthen logistics and mobility for security agencies across the state.
The intervention is expected to enhance rapid response, patrol coverage, and overall effectiveness in combating crime and maintaining public order.
The Lagos State Rapid Response Squad RRS Commander, CSP Shola Jejeloye expressed appreciation for the continued support from the LSSTF, noting that improved mobility remains critical to the RRS’s ability to respond swiftly to security incidents. It will also ensure a safer and more secure Lagos State.
It will be recalled that the LSSTF CEO, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan personally presented three operational vehicles to the RRS Commander when he paid a courtesy visit to the LSSTF management at their Ikeja HQ office.
