The Leventis Foundation Nigeria has opened applications for its 2026 Agricultural Training Programme, a fully funded one-year residential initiative aimed at equipping young Nigerians with practical skills in modern agriculture and agribusiness.
The programme is open to Nigerians aged 18 to 40 years with a minimum of Junior Secondary School education. Participants will receive hands-on training in crop production, animal husbandry, fisheries, agribusiness, and farm management, with emphasis on sustainable farming practices.
Successful candidates will benefit from free tuition, accommodation, and feeding throughout the training period. The programme will be conducted at the Foundation’s agricultural schools in Abuja (FCT), Osun, Kano, and Gombe States.
Selection will be through written and oral screening exercises scheduled for February 28, 2026. Applications close on February 21, 2026.
