In classes on Problem Solving Skills, and Customer Service Excellence, I often distill the Problem Solving approaches, and Service Recovery techniques, to four easy steps: TRACE IT, FACE IT, ERASE IT, and REPLACE IT! Anybody can do them. Right?!
Those four steps are applicable to any challenge/problem that confronts man in this life. Trace/identify the problem; Face/confront it; Erase/remove it; and then Replace it, that is, put A PROCESS IN PLACE TO ENSURE the problem doesn’t occur again. Simple as A, B, C. Right?!

Even the blind, deaf, and slow learner, can easily TRACE our problems in NIGERIA to bad LEADERSHIP, which, over the years has metamorphosed to terrible FOLLOWERSHIP; so, why is it so hard for Nigerians to FACE/CONFRONT their PROBLEM (LEADERSHIP)?
Why is it so hard for the Nigerian CHURCH (CAN and PFN: G.Os, Apostles, Prophets, Daddies, Papas, etc.), and Islamic Imams too, to FACE/CONFRONT our leaders with their obvious/undeniable evil: corruption, wickedness, lies, thefts (alias embezzlement), broken promises, etc? Why?
I’m writing this now, knowing full well that many churches in Nigeria are either already in their usual yearly ‘ritual’ of midyear fasting and prayer sessions, or they’re about to start. I’m sounding this alarm, that, IF WE FAIL TO FACE/CONFRONT THE EVIL OF OUR LEADERS IN NIGERIA, AND TAKE THEM TO GOD IN OUR PRAYERS, FOR JUSTICE, ACCOUNTABILITY AND JUDGMENT, WE WOULD CERTAINLY RETURN, COME JANUARY AND JULY 2025, TO CRY AND FAST OVER THE SAME ISSUES! QED!
You don’t have to like my bluntness, but, that’s the recurring TRUTH! Isn’t it?! IT’S TIME TO FACE our evil leaders, and OPENLY ASK GOD TO JUDGE THEIR EVIL DEEDS OVER THE PAST 40 TO 64 YEARS. I will not waste my time and energy in any Fast or Prayer for Nigeria that is not about that! We must start bringing SINCERITY and TRUTH to our yearly Fast and Prayer sessions, and stop nauseating GOD with our hypocrisy!
