37 Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs) of the Kebbi State Police Command who recently got promotion to the new rank of Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSP) have been decorated by the Commissioner of Police, Kebbi State Police Command, CP Bello M Sani. This event was held on Wednesday, 10th September, 2025.
While congratulating the new promotees on behalf of IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, the Kebbi no. 1 Police officer, CP Bello Sani charged them to remain professional and disciplined in discharging their duties. He further urged them to shun corrupt practices, avoid unethical conduct, and respect the fundamental human rights of all citizens, the press release of the Kebbi Police PRO, CSP Nafiu Abubakar indicated.
Speaking on behalf of the promotees, DSP Ahmed Abubakar expressed appreciation to the Inspector-General of Police and the Chairman, Police Service Commission (PSC) for finding them worthy of elevation. He assured that they will remain committed and professional in carrying out their responsibilities.
The ceremony was witnessed by the CP’s management team, families, friends and well wishers of the newly promoted Officers.
