
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has arrived the Lagos Town Hall Meeting on Security, a high-level engagement convened to provide residents with a comprehensive update on the state government’s efforts in maintaining safety and strengthening security across the state.
The gathering, attended by key stakeholders, community leaders, security agencies, and civil society groups, underscores the administration’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement in safeguarding Lagos.

In his address, Governor Sanwo-Olu is expected to give a detailed account of the remarkable progress recorded so far in the state’s security architecture.
Over the years, Lagos has witnessed significant advancements in intelligence sharing, rapid response capabilities, community policing, and deployment of modern technology which are efforts championed through the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) and other strategic interventions.
The Governor will also highlight ongoing initiatives aimed at combating emerging threats, strengthening inter-agency cooperation, and improving the safety of lives and property in all communities.
His presentation is anticipated to cover investments in security infrastructure, support for law enforcement officers, deployment of surveillance tools, and sustained collaborations with traditional institutions and local stakeholders.
