The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, CP Olohundare Moshood Jimoh, has decorated eighty (80) of the newly promoted officers, serving within the Command, with their new ranks. The officers were promoted from the rank of Inspector to Assistant Superintendent of Police II (ASP II)

In his address, CP Jimoh congratulated the officers on their well-deserved promotions, describing the elevation as a reward for their dedication, hard work, and professionalism in the discharge of their duties, indicated the press release of Lagos PPRO, SP Abimbola Adebisi.
Emphasising the need for discipline, respect for human rights, and community-oriented policing, the CP charged the newly promoted officers to see their promotion as a call to greater responsibility and renewed commitment, stressing that the reward for hard work is more work.
CP Jimoh also expressed profound appreciation to the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun and the Police Service Commission, for their unwavering commitment to motivating officers through timely promotions. He noted that such gestures serve as morale boosters and ultimately enhance the quality of Police service delivery.
