A scholarship program worth US$500 has opened for girls to get an undergraduate education across Africa. The scholarship sponsored by the Bloom Scholars Program will cover only the tuition and will last for the four years of the undergraduate study of the girls.

TheMediaGood Newspaper can report that the scholarship program will support outstanding young female change-makers across Africa who are about to begin their first year of university (freshman year) in Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Sierra Leone and Kenya.
Girls who want to apply for the 2025 scholarships must be:
Recent female secondary school graduate,
A citizen of an African country,
Planning to attend a recognized university in one of the following countries: Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, or South Africa for the 2025 academic year
Academically strong, purpose-driven, and committed to social impact
In need of financial support for university tuition
Deadline for application is Friday 1st of August, 2025
