Lagos Ferry Service (LAGFERRY) has restated its commitment to ensuring safe, secure, and sustainable sailing on Lagos waterways. This assurances were given onboard the MF IPAKODO sailboat which took the pupils and teachers of Jacquis Place Preschool, Ikeja, Lagos on a special boat ride.

The Managing Director/CEO of LAGFERRY, Abdulbaq Balogun hinted that the boat ride was a memorable experience for the pupils and teachers as they were able to sail the waterways to see coastal landmarks such as – the 1004 Housing Estate, Oriental Hotel, Lekki Ikoyi Link Bridge, Banana Island, Radisson Blu Hotel, UNited States Embassy, the Dangote and Otedola Yachts.

During the excursion, TheMediaGood Newspaper can report that the pupils of Jacquis Place Preschool, Ikeja, Lagos were schooled on transportation modes and how water transportation is the safest and most convenient Mode of Transportation.

The study visit enabled the pupils to have practical knowledge of LAGFERRY operations vis a vis the functions of the structural parts of a boat. The study trip was complemented with a boat cruise on Five Cowries Creek.
