The Chairman of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu, has reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive growth and shared prosperity as he celebrated outstanding staff of the conglomerate at a Night of Excellence held in Lagos.
The high-profile event attracted business leaders, policymakers and captains of industry, including Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote.
In an address that drew sustained applause, Rabiu signposted the central role of employees in BUA’s rapid expansion across cement, sugar, foods, infrastructure and manufacturing.
“As BUA grows you will grow, as BUA advances you will advance. As BUA becomes stronger, every member of this family will rise with it because this legacy is yours as much as it is mine,” he said.
Rabiu noted that BUA’s growth journey has been anchored on Nigerian talent, resilience and a long-term vision focused on national development, job creation and industrial self-sufficiency.
