
The former Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun has expressed his excitement that the ag. IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu is his successor.
Egbetokun spoke yesterday Wednesday at the State House, Abuja, during the swearing-in and decoration of Disu as acting IGP.
He noted that he is happy that Tunji Disu is taking over from him as the country’s acting police chief, citing ‘we both benefitted from Tinubu mentorship.’
TheMediaGood Newspaper can report that ag. IGP Tunji Disu was Tinubu’s Aide-de-camp (ADC)while former IGP Egbetokun was Tinubu’s Chief Security Officer (CSO) during his days as the Executive Governor of Lagos State.
