
A delegation from Dongfeng Automobile, a global manufacturer of specialized and defense-grade vehicles, has paid a courtesy visit to the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) to explore potential areas of collaboration in strengthening security operations across Lagos State.
The team, led by Smile Wang, Sales Manager of Dongfeng Automobile, and May Ma, CEO of May Group, highlighted the company’s capacity to supply a wide range of vehicles including Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs), patrol units, and other security-support automobiles designed for robust field operations.
During the visit, the Executive Secretary/CEO of LSSTF, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan welcomed the delegation and reiterated the Fund’s commitment to working with credible partners to support security agencies with the tools and logistics needed to keep Lagos safe.
The Dongfeng representatives expressed their interest in partnering with LSSTF to enhance the mobility and operational readiness of security agencies in Lagos. They emphasized the importance of equipping law enforcement and security units with reliable, high-performance vehicles capable of addressing modern security challenges.
The engagement marks another step in the Fund’s ongoing efforts to strengthen security infrastructure through strategic partnerships and private-sector collaboration.
