To mark the end of the Ramadan fast for 2024, the Federal Government of Nigeria today announced Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th as public holidays.
The statement obtained by TheMediaGood Newspaper from the Ministry of Interior official X (formerly Twitter) handle reads: ‘The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th April 2024 as Public Holidays to mark Eid-el-Fitr celebration.’
‘The Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, who made the declaration on behalf of the Federal Government congratulates all Muslim Ummah for the successful completion of the fasting in the holy month of Ramadan.’
