The Lagos State Government through the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Oluyinka Abiodun Olumide hinted that a second private refinery may be established in the state.
This is as another major investor intends to enter the refining sector and will prefer to situate in the nation’s commercial nerve centre and West Africa’s economic hub, Lagos.
