The Taiwo Ololade Salvador (TOS) Educational Initiative has unveiled its “One Dictionary Per Child” campaign, a literacy-focused drive designed to provide every pupil in Lagos State public schools with a personal dictionary.

Founder/CEO, TOS Initiative
The highly anticipated launch will hold on November 20, 2025, at Dr. Finnih Park, 3 Opebi Roundabout, Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos State. The event begins at 9am.
Built on the belief that a dictionary opens the door to knowledge, the programme aims to strengthen vocabulary, improve reading comprehension, and enhance overall academic performance among schoolchildren.
The Founder and CEO of TOS Initiative, Ololade Taiwo Salvador noted,
“This campaign is more than distributing books. It is an investment in future thinkers, innovators and leaders. Literacy remains the cornerstone of empowerment, and no child should be left behind because of limited learning resources.”
She added that the initiative seeks to bridge the resource gap faced by thousands of children in underserved Lagos communities. By promoting consistent reading and comprehension, the project supports long-term student development across public schools.
TOS is inviting volunteers, corporate sponsors, educators and community leaders to join the movement. “We are all stakeholders in our children’s future. Please volunteer, partner or support us so we can reach more learners,” Salvador appealed.
The Taiwo Ololade Salvador Educational Initiative is committed to advancing educational excellence, promoting literacy and supporting students across Lagos State.
