Have you seen the movie – shooting Star movie? It gives an outlook into the life of America’s famous basketballer, LeBron James. In the movie, LeBron forged a fantastic relationship with his 3 childhood friends – Dru ‘Lil Dru’ Joyce III, Sian Cotton, and Willie McGee. They added 1 more, Romeo Travis, in their St. Vincent-St.Mary’s High School to become known as the Fab 5.
They went on to blow every other high school team away to clinching three State championships and becoming no. 1 in the country in the early 2000s.While the fame of ‘The Chosen One’ James, as predicted, preceded him and has brought him to stardom in basketball, the 4 others are doing great in their respective lives.
To his commendation, LeBron James has never left his friends behind. This is affirmed by the memories seen in the ‘Shooting Stars’ movie based off the book with the same title authored by himself and Pulitzer award winner, Buzz Bissinger.
