There is one fun practice that I relished yesterday 31st of December into today 1st of January. I watched on the World Clock, from around 12 noon WAT yesterday, how from city to city, people started hitting and celebrating the New Year.
By 12 midnight WAT, when Nigerians began celebrating the New Year, some others were still waiting for their own New Year to tick. For example, even if a Canadian wanted it so badly, he couldn’t force the New Year, but it eventually came!
And that’s instructive. Patience, resilience, and steadiness are key qualities for Life. If it’s happening to your neighbor, with faith in God and meaningful human pursuit, it can happen for you!
It’s a New Year. I assure you that 2026 is poised to deliver. Long-standing requests and fresh questions will be answered. God will blow your mind with answers!
